On page 12 an EA community manager wrote "Marking this as solved to highlight that we are actively investigating it."
Which doesn't really seem to make much sense. To anyone that doesn't know it's an ongoing active investigating, it could look like the issue is solved, when in reality it isn't. - I have a lot of crash without error or directX crash too. I try to remove XMP Profil but same issues =(

- @EA_Atic marking this thread as solved is really controversial decision. You have a very strange process of handling user requests. Because the players don't get any more feedback. How can we quickly know that the problem has been resolved? How can users who encounter this problem know that it has NOT been resolved yet? Please reopen this thread to avoid misunderstandings

Just loading up battlefield 2042 today and getting this error when trying to load into a game?
- @twinKalashnikovs Everyone is nervous and frustrated. I was among the first to report the problem, minutes after release.I worked with this for over 10 hours, install all Windows version, etc.
It’s weekend now, the EA Community team is resting and chilling.
Maybe a hotfix will arrive next week. - @MakrancosKutya well, damn. if only they released the early access on Monday, maybe it'll get fixed in day one patch.

not sure if this is the case. In our company if a critical problem is found we always try to release a hotfix as soon as possible. Employees can work on weekends and nights - and this is normal practice in IT (especially in game development). It is important to understand here that if a company loses money, it throws all resources into a quick fix. And in this case, company really does lose money, cause people make refund. Needless to say that the reputation is being damaged.
