Hello,
I'm getting this error whenever I try and launch the game. I've tried reinstalling my graphics drivers, updating to latest Windows version (21H1) and I even reset Windows. Anybody else having this error or have any suggestions as to how to fix it?
No fix for it yet.
cant launch the game it opens does the anti cheat thing then boom it blows up and im on steam if that matters

The same pronlem with GTX770 !!!!!
Any news on this error yet? Done everything even the MachineGuid change but still cant even get further than boat screen....
First google random guid generator, like this uuidgenerator . net
Second go to regedit, path HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Cryptography
Third set MachineGuid to value what you get from guid generator.
Restart game.
It's only thing that helped me.
If anyone is having this issue, just delete BF2042 folder from MY GAMES
