Driver or Sound crash

Summarize your bug Playing game and the game randomly crashes this is the third time on 2 different drivers 31.0.15.5212 and 31.0.15.522
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? not sure
What happens when the bug occurs? My Audio plays in Splash screen startup then sound is dead when it reaches menu screen no sound i believe its a bluetooth issue when sound cuts out i have no clue why it does it.
What should be happening instead? hearing sound from startup to menu

    Thanks for attaching the DXDIAG report straight away. It helps.

    Take a look at the Sound Devices section of that report and make sure everything looks right to you. Also, you might want to disable any sound devices in Windows that you are not using. I had issues a while back with bluetooth headphones and had to do this.

    Also give the Diagnostics section of the report a look. While I didn't see anything blatantly causing your issue, there are multiple issues popping up there that you'll want to look into.
