Okay,
Start game, wait for it to error "Anticheat Encountered an error. Please restart your pc. (11)", then go to the Windows logs (event) and send me the error, then send me a DxDiag.
To open it just tap "event" in the Windows search bar and open it. Go in "Windows logs" > "Application". If you see an error, send me a screenshot of it.
And a DxDiag :
Press the Windows and R keys at the same time.
Type DxDiag in the window that appears, then click Save all information and save the file wherever you want.
Then drag and drop the file here, then click Share - add the .txt file as an attachment.

Try adding an exclusion for Battlefield 2042 folder to your antivirus software or disable it and then repair the anti-cheat again.
It may be the antivirus that is the problem.
Thank you 😀I did everything about the antivirus its not it cant ea just fix it so many people having problems with it and mine always chamge from error code 11 to 9

If the error changes from 11 to 9, it means that this error occurs when EA Javelin Anticheat cannot find the installation folder.
Try this :Relaunch the EA app (even if you got the game on Steam or the Epic Games Store) as an admin by right-clicking on it and choosing Run As Administrator. Then, relaunch the game directly from the EA app.
Please follow the steps carefully.
