Error: 1:4688822970:15021:-403319830:0B

Hi there,

I am usually a PC gamer but just purchased BF 2042 to play on the PS5. I keep getting this error: 1:4688822970:15021:-403319830:0B. No amount of port forwarding or enabling DMZ has fixed it. I am not banned, per EA's website. 

Do we maybe need to have a PS plus subscription AND an EA subscription to play this game online?

    Hi @DrXasapi An EA subscription is not required to play BF2042, you would need to own the game and a PS plus sub in order to access online features. As a side note, EA play subscription only gives you access to a vault of game, which 2042 is not currently on (EA Play for PS). 

    That error message does comes a connection related issue, I would suggestion trying the follow if you have not already:

    No it is not a DNS issue. None of us are having issues with other online multiplayer games like Warzone. Fix this or give us our money back. Also, if we are doing the free trial version, this should still work, yes...? Otherwise, what is the point of the free trial if we cannot play the game? Hahaha

    Same issue here on xbox. Can't connect to ea server with this error code

    1:3300J:1502I:-891751198O:0B

    BF1 won't work either

    I am having the same issue on PS five. I had to contact the EA help chat online. And they are fixing it.

    Now, they are telling me that I have to submit a bug report to their concern team. They still could not fix it and I just spent all this money on the game. Not happy.

    If you have any issues with Battlefield 2042, please make a new topic about your problems and what kind of steps you have tried to solve them.
