It sounds like the save file for 2042 might be corrupt.
Try moving the Battlefield 2042 folder out of Documents.
This will reset the game settings to default. Tell EA app to use local data after doing this.
Which Document? I can't find it.
In Windows File Explorer there should be a Documents folder in the list on the left side of the screen.
I tred and then I indeed normally enter 2042 in the first time with my data seem lost.But In the second time , the error appear again with the code 10610.What'more I found some people have the problem like me in my national forums.So why is it like this?
By the way ,there was a mistake in my previous comment that my data didn't lose.But if you put it that way,this method won't work.
