Failed to Launch Game - Double - check your connection, or try again later
I have installed BF2042 on the EA App (EA Play via Xbox Gamepass). When I attempt to launch I am presented with this
I have re-installed the game, re-installed the EA App, ensured all executables in the BF2042 directory run with admin privileges, made exemptions in Windows Firewall for the relevant executables.
I have also tried the internal repair feature for both the game and the EA App several times. My internet connection is fine. I've even re-installed all drivers to the latest versions and updated windows to the latest version of windows 10.
I have run out of options. Please help.
