False positive bans
Hi,
Did anyone experienced false positive bans lately?
I do not use any additional software while playing the game and I got banned for cheating at the end of 2024. What is going on?

If you've been banned then all you can really do is to appeal. The guide below covers the process in case you haven't see it already.

It's incredibly difficult to say if someone has been banned correctly or it's a mistake as we players do not have access to all of the information to make an accurate determination.
