FIx your anti cheat, seriously it was better when you guys didn't use EA anti cheat and used the other one, now your stupid ea anti cheat can't even extract properly so that I can actually play the game. Your a billion dollar company this shouldn't be an issue.
I am in the same situation, after season 6 update I just can’t play the game. The new EA anticheat lock my laptop, I can’t use the keyboard or mouse and lose my audio (USB Headphones).
Last time it happened, I was lucky the trackpad was still operational, and I was able to reboot the laptop.
In this same forum I requested a diagnostic tool or a way to see logs related to the anticheat to see what the problem was, but the only solution I had was “reinstall the anticheat until it works”.
My biggest fear is EA will use this anticheat engine on the new Battlefield title.
