Summarize your bug Game won't run full screen exclusive mode so the monitor works in 120hz instead of 144hz
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? just set monior hz in 60/120 and then lanch the game you will the game runs in borderless fullscreen. you can check monitor frequency in monitor's panel and it shows 60hz.
What happens when the bug occurs? input lag get' high and the gamie is not runng 144hz mode of monitor
What should be happening instead? low input lag
Game runs in borderless fullscreen every time i launch. only way for fix is change to other frequency and turn back it then the game gets exclusive fullscreen.
