game chat error after each sent message, not sent

last month everything i sent in ea app chat was censored for no reason and went thru hell to actually get a live chat with ea suppport which over a week with a few "techs" was pointless. eventually e...

Update

All comms with EA are in Czech, I tell them English, they tell me how to change my language in account.....ITS SET TO ENGLISH ALREADY. 

If i get emails regarding my case its in Czech. I reply in English that it must be English. An English response tells me how to change my language settings and asks if this resolves my issue. Holy actual **bleep**
