Game crashes almost every game (Xbox series s)

Hey so my Battlefield 2042 tends to crash at least every pther game and I don't knownhowbto fix it. I've reinstalled it multiple times, bought the game instead of playing it on the cloud with gamepass, and even factory reset my xbox. Nothing seems to do anything. Please help!

I'm having the exact same issues. I've tried everything and my next step is to do a full reset to my console, which I don't really want to do. The problem seems to be with EA and they have probably some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. EA doesn't seem to actually care about this issue.
