Game freezing up for a few seconds random, causes huge gameplay issues
This just started. When I first installed the game for the first few days or so, this wasn't happening. Now I can't get this problem to go away. It just freezes up the exact same way every minute or so. Whole game locks up, can't move/aim at all.
Things I tried so far:
Reinstalled/the game several times and wiped all traces of BF2042
Tried 3 different GPU drivers
Typically these things would fix an issue like this, but this time it didn't.
Any ideas?
