Game shows as EA Play trial on account when pre ordered FULL GAME..
Why can I not download the game I paid for.. It shows that it's an xbox pass trial on my PC that has ended. Used it to play early access.

Hi there. Ok I think that’s what I’ve done, purchased the Xbox one only version. Wasn’t that clear st time of purchase, in fact due to the way the text wrapping is in the various store views, you can’t see the full name until you click through to the main info page of a particular version.
What’s weird is I downloaded the trial and followed the purchase links through the “see in Xbox store” options from the trial game. So something went weird there.
any ideas how to solve this? I’m not aware of anyway to refund the game at this point and can’t see anyway to “upgrade” the Xbox one version to current gen

EA Staff (Retired)Hey @Lemon_in_a_Jar The best step may be to contact Xbox (assuming the game was purchased through the console) and explain what happened to see if they can perform a return so you can purchase the intended edition as there is not an upgrade add-on to get both editions.
