Game wont load in

I had this problem for 8 days.

When ever I try to launch the game it puts me on a black screen for 2-5mins and then constantly loops the part where it should say "Connecting to online services" but there is nothing and it just loops on forever.

I tried verifying the game files and it says 3 files are missing but it does not reacquire them like it says it will.

What should I do?
