Game wont start, tell me to log in then that I dont have internet.

Every time I try to start either BF2042 or BFV, this window pops up. If i put in my info, it tells me I dont have internet. Tried repairing the games, rebooting, reinstalling the EA app. The games worked fine on tuesday. BF2042 is on steam and BFV is on the EA app. Makes no difference where I launch from.  BF2042 launches fine on another PC in the household, so not any network firewall blocking it.

Does anyone have some brilliant ideas on how to fix this?

    After a conversation on Discord with the user. the problem has been resolved.
    Here are the steps that led to this resolution:

    • Complete uninstallation of Battlefield 2042 + registry linked to the game and anti-cheat software.

    Have good game ! 😄

    Hey EA_Rtas​!

    You guys need to give Steeve_BF​ a job! He spent hours last night fixing the problem I had with BF2042. At least give him a copy of BF6 with a lifetime battlepass!
