Glitches on Xbox

Noticed this happening about 2 updates ago and can’t seem to fix it. Every other time someone downs me and I get revived I can’t turn left or right after that. Another one is if anybody in my game is running uphill or just at an incline they’ll keep running into the air and it will eventually fix itself. Any ideas? Checked connection and restarted router multiple times also no other games I play lag or glitch.
