Has been banned for more than 3 years now

I've been through the same thing many players have experienced.
I was playing BF2042 and I loves this game and suddenly the game crashed. It's not a problem because I just have to restart the game, but it's rare. I got to the splash screen and got a message that I couldn't connect to the servers.

I'll wait until the next day because it must be a bug.

I read about my situation and I can't even log in with my account because it's permanently banned!

What have I done to make this happen, I simply still do not know. I only play on console and I have never experienced this anywhere else or in other games.

The problem that I have had to live with for 3-4 years now. My Xbox account is linked to the banned account. So no matter how many new accounts I create, my Xbox is linked to the banned account. This means that I can never, ever play EA games.

Okay, I can create a brand new Xbox account, but then I have to say goodbye to 23 years of gaming history. No, that's not going to happen.

I've tried to send in my case a few times, but my cases are not being processed or I'm told how to connect an account.

Now it's 3-4 years later can anyone help me?
