From a quick look I just had, the Winring0 driver may have a vulnerability. It might be related:

There seem to be a fair few articles about this appearing when I search the name of the file anyway, and there's this one from Microsoft about a workaround for Windows Defender:

However, someone who knows more about PC than I do may be able to give you better info. 

Ultimately, though, the anti-cheat won't let you play while it's installed.
