All the account disputes are reviewed independently and the information you provide in the dispute is taken into consideration when reviewing the actions taken in your account. If you have any additional information that you think might help your case, you can send another dispute and it will be reviewed once again.

You can say that but I also have a friend that got banned form the game around the same time. He has also sent multiple dispute requests and gets the same rubber stamp response. I have played with the guy for near 20 years and he despises cheaters. We used to admin servers when you could actually rent servers and run them before match making. We removed cheaters. But EA claims they do fair reviews. I can tell you because the Anti cheat caused issues with other games launching he had to remove it. As a result he was accused of cheating. If your anti cheat actually worked like it is supposed to and not cause issues. Players would not need to do this to enjoy the games. Improper banning and unfair reviews will continue to cause loss of players just trying to enjoy the games.
