I had to go into the bios and under the secure boot option I had to reset the keys then reboot back into bios and then turn on the secure boot option again this fixed the issue. Now when I check systeminformation uner windows it show secure boot on.

That's the solution here. 

  1. Turn Secure Boot OFF
  2. Reset/Delete keys from bios security tab
  3. Restart back to bios
  4. Turn Secure Boot ON
  5. Restart normally and start your game
