Erratic CPU and GPU usage with wildly fluctuating FPS can be a sign of CPU bottleneck but if BFV ran fine for you then it's probably not the case so I would say that it's just a case of waiting for the inevitable performance updates that will follow at some point. There's tons of people complaining of low FPS so it is definitely an issue at the moment band will no doubt be sorted at some point.

@RipGroove99 Thats the thing. I'm not getting CPU bottleneck because that would cause stutters and FPS drops. I've experienced that in BF5 with 8600k where it was pinned at 100% and FPS were dropping from 100+ to 40. Here everything stays super stable as if the game simply isn't designed to use all of the resources.

Pretty much an issue with the game then.
- 4 years ago@RipGroove99 It different for everyone though.
Im not having any problems on my 3080/9700K setup, but my buddy who has the same GPU and a newer CPU than mine, showed me what his performance was like today. He was getting dips below 60 constantly, sometimes all the way into the 30's at 1440p.
A couple of days ago I tried switching my 3080 out with an old 1080ti, and even with the 1080ti I got better performance at ultra/1440, than he is currently getting with a 3080/1440p/medium-high custom settings
