    Hi Mixtzzin
    No problem 🙂
Create another post on the forum, and once you have done so, send your dxdiag and an image of the problem. This prevents problems from accumulating in one post and allows other players to refer to your post if your problem is resolved.
    Thank you

Any chance you could let me know what I'm missing?  I tried following the instructions you shared with Clopezp but still getting the error:  "We've noticed your computer is currently offline.. etc:"..  Any help would be appreciated!

    Hi clopezp
    Thank you for your Dxdiag,
After analysis, nothing seems to be related to Battlefield or EA ( HxOutlook.exe,Microsoft.Photos.exe, Microsoft.Photos.exe)
I invite you to try this solution:

-Install a driver Nividia version 577.0, available here → https://www.nvidia.com/fr-fr/drivers/

    - After that you can repair EA Javelin anticheat here -> https://help.ea.com/en/articles/platforms/pc-ea-anticheat/

    - Restart your PC and launch the game

Let me know if it's working 😁

    Hi clopezp

Could you send a DxDiag to help us find clues based on the errors it contains ?

-Press the Windows and R keys at the same time.
-Type DxDiag in the window that appears, then click Save All Information and save the file wherever you want.
-Then drag and drop the file here, click Share -  add the .txt file as an attachment.

    Thank you,
