2042 crashes when joining a game

Thanks for your DxDiag.

After analyzing it, I noticed a few minor issues related to outdated drivers. But normally, nothing that should interfere with your game.
It would probably be easier to look at this together on Discord.
If you want, add me and we'll check it out step by step, then I'll post the solution here so other players can benefit from it too.

The user continues to experience crashes with the game despite several hours of testing.
Here's everything I've tried:

🔹 Windows update (latest updates installed).

🔹Update all driver.

🔹 GPU driver update (NVIDIA/AMD) (Nvidia version 577.0)

🔹 EA App and game update.

🔹 Checking/repairing game files via EA App.

🔹 Completely reinstalling the game.

🔹 Reinstalling/repairing EA AntiCheat.

🔹 Launching in administrator mode (game and EA App).

🔹 Disable EA/Origin/Discord/GeForce Experience overlay.

🔹 Test with DX11/DX12.

🔹 Set graphics settings to minimum via the GstRender file (resolution, textures, shadows, effects, etc.).

🔹 Disable sound/VOIP/unnecessary options via GstAudio.

🔹 EA App cache cleared.

🔹 Windows system files scanned (sfc /scannow).

🔹 Test with antivirus/firewall disabled.

🔹 Run in windowed/full screen/borderless mode.

---Despite all this, the game continues to crash---

The only solution left at this point is to contact EA support directly, with:

 - DxDiag,

- The AntiCheat logs ->
EAAntiCheatService The game bf2042.exe exited unexpectedly, exit code: 0xC0000005
EAAntiCheatService The game bf2042.exe exited unexpectedly, exit code: 0x186AA

- And a description of the crashes.

I'm posting this to inform those who are experiencing the same problem: there's no point in wasting hours testing everything if nothing works → go straight to support.
