Jesus please give me my account back

i just want to play battlefield 6 every time i try to log in to my account it says it will send me a code but it never does no matter what. The chat bot puts me in an endless loop and it wont let me speak to an agent even after i do what it says. im losing my mind over this please help!

    If you're not receiving a verification email from us, can you please give the following troubleshooting steps a try: 

    • Navigate to your inbox Settings > Filters and Blocked (for Gmail) and make sure [email protected] is a safe sender or an unblocked address
    • Locate an email from [email protected] and allow images to be displayed
    • Check each folder in your inbox
    • Send a reply to an email from [email protected]
