What is the error message that you see in-game? Does it just say that you've lost connection to the servers, or does it give you a Persistence Data error?

This is the error code, he put it in his subject line, I get it also, played 3 matches today, all ended this way

These troubleshooting steps are shallow and not helpful. I've been experiencing the same issue for more than a month now and nothing is fixing it. My internet connection is fine and basic troubleshooting is not doing the trick. Are there any more involved steps that can be taken to remedy this issue. The game is unplayable for me now.

Hey Mr EA man,
i cant even play 5 minutes in any match without being disconnected, so switch up to battlefield four and everything works perfectly fine, so it’s not my Internet or my ISP or anything on my end it’s the game and the game Files.
- 2 years ago@URMOMSCUMSOCK None of my battlefields work. 3-4-5-1-2042. Can’t even load into a game before my Ps5 AND/OR PC disconnects from EA servers.

I am also having this issue. I recently repurchased the game after having performance issues after its initial launch, but now it keeps disconnecting me from games. I have followed both basic and advanced troubleshooting and it still has not solved the issue.

It is October of 2024 and this issue is still occurring. Started 2 weeks ago for me and I did all the troubleshoots you provided as well as replaced all of my isp equipment and upgraded to the best internet they provide and I barely make it 2 mins into a game before it disconnects me. I stopped playing COD because I like Battlefield better but the server issues are ridiculous.

Guess what, it’s 2025 and no one at EA has been able to resolve my issue. Turns out, it’s the same issue the OP had. We are on PS5 and stream games directly from the PS store and everything functions perfectly. Our internet service is great, all of my other online multiplayer games run without a problem.
On BF 2042 I can’t get 2 minutes into a game without the exact error code mentioned above. Someone please tell me how to fix this

Апрель 2025 года. Получил такую же ошибку. И мне печально понимать что здесь на форуме так до сих пор нет решения данной проблемы.
Я и ранее сталкивался с различными проблемами сетевого подключения к сервисам EA ,и почти всегда с большим трудом находил решение на просторах интернета и почти никогда ответа не было на официальном форуме.
Ни в каких других играх я с подобного рода трудностями не сталкивался кроме как в играх от EA
