    Hi everyone,

    As part of Update 4.0 we have included a fix for the most common cause of the empty Loadout screen bug. We've since been monitoring the frequency of this bug via our tools, and we're happy to report that we've resolved the majority of occurrences.

    We did find another very rare occurrence of this issue. However, it is infrequent and our expectation is that the majority of you will not experience it. We're targeting a fix for that in a future update.

    Lastly, we'd like to say a big thank you for your reports and patience while we've worked to resolve the different bugs that could cause your Loadout to be empty.

Summarize your bug Upon loading into games, on the occasion I am unable to see my loadout and gadget selection instead a black background appears where the weapons and gadgets should be. I can access the operator, sometimes access the weapons and accessories, but regardless of what I select, I am given a random weapon selection. This has happened a few times but upon a server restart the bug clears. On one occasion, the bug occurred and did not allow me to deploy in the game at all, I could not click on squamates nor could I click on sectors that were in the control of my team
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? just by playing I'm assuming you will encounter this.
What happens when the bug occurs? The game seems to play normally most of the time but you will be unable to select weapons and make changes to load out or operator
What should be happening instead? Should be able to select weapons and gadgets and make changes that stay for the duration

    Was having the same issue on ps5, just disabled x play and it all came back, hopefully this is a short term fix

    Same issues here! Not able to choose my operator or my class along with any of the other options under the same menu. Can't choose gadgets or new guns etc. Very frustrating, worked fine for a whole earlier but steadily got worse. Hopefully by the time that the game releases on Friday these issues will be addressed. This Is on an XSX.

    xbox series s still having loadout bug this second update that was post to fix this issue an it hasnt
