I can't unlock new guns. I pre-ordered the most expensive version of BF6 and got an early access code to play the BF6 open beta. I got a tiwtch drop, but I can't even unlock a single gun in BF2042. The EA help center is deliberately designed to be completely inaccessible. It's a joke to spend money to pre-order the game.

I've merged your thread with this one since it's being used to collect reports about the Lynx not unlocking. However, it may be worth speaking with EA Help still, as it's potentially an account issue, and these steps should help you with that:
- Select "Help by Game" from the menu at the top, then select "See All Games".
- Either scroll through the game list or search for Battlefield 2042 and select it.
- At the very bottom of the next page, you'll see a button to contact EA Help.
- Follow the website prompts at this point, and you should be able to either open an email case or begin a live chat session.
