lynx not unlocking after played bf6 beta

i have logged a large amount of time the beta and completing the challenges. but when i launched bf 2042 the sniper was not there. the content was locked still. i have the stats on the bf stats site but i don't have it. my 2 friends both have it and they played less than i did. hopefully this is resolved. 

I reached level 20 and played 40 plus hours of bf6 open beta. Still no lynx rifle. I use EA app on Windows 11 Pro PC, what gives dice !!?

No help! I put in a case ticket and it did not even get looked at...it was removed.  I think they know about the issue, but won't say what they are going to do about it.  Reason number 100 not to pre-order the dam game.  This is just too frustrating!

A lot of us in the same boat.  Most of the people I played with in the beta have gotten the new rifle, but some of us did not.....Lets see how they will fix this one!

Same issue here, both installed through the EA App.

Played Early access, completed all week 1 challenges and got to Rank 20 the first weekend.  Completed all week 2 challenges the second weekend.

I haven't unlocked the Lynx in Battlefield 2042.I played Battlefield 6 BETA Test and completed all the challenges. But the Lynx sniper rifle is still not unlocked in 2042.

What's weird is that on my account the Lynx is open, on my son's account it's not. Both of us played on both weekends, ranked 20.

Only EA Help can provide missing items unfortunately. Nobody on the forum can access game accounts to make any changes for security reasons. I'd recommend re-opening the case and asking for it to be escalated.
