lynx not unlocking after played bf6 beta

Seems to be a relatively common issue for folks. Probably bogged down checking everyone or perhaps the service meant to see who has and hasnt played isnt behaving as expected.

I have the same issue, contacted support and they directed me here stating they didn't have the power to add items to accounts. 

but it is a KNOWN issue so I assume its being worked on.

Ok thanks! Do you work at EA? More importantly do you have any info on this bug or a fix?

I played the beta allot but it is still not unlocked. I did change my EA name(not the account ofcourse)is this something that went wrong? Someone also got this issue?

No, I'm just a volunteer player who helps out here I'm afraid. I don't have any info about the problem, but I assume it is some kind of account issue that will need to be looked into. 

any idea when its gonna be fixed? 

Same Problem Here , played BF6 Beta on both EA and Steam so Idk.
