I recently signed up for the newsletter in order to receive the Irish skin and MV-38 Condor skin. When I logged into the game, it had a splash screen and said, "Take your new MV-38 Condor skin for a spin!" When I go into Irish's outfits, or the MV-38 Condor, neither of the skins are there for me to select. I verified my subscription, even unsubscribed and resubscribed, and still no skins.
For me it finally unlocked after I've played a round.
Me too, still waiting on a fix or, at least, news regarding this issue! I've seen multiple players using the Irish skin.
I've tried unsigning from the newsletter from my user panel and signing back again, but it didn't change anything.
Still missing this! Haven't heard anything from EA support about it, either. I got a splash screen tonight saying "Thanks for subscribing! Take your new skin for a spin!" Went into the game, still nothing! 2 weeks for what could possibly be a simple fix, considering it seems to be an ongoing issue with PC players, as I see PS and XBox players wearing/using it in game.
Personally, I'm on PC and EA App.
I can also confirm that this bug is in effect for my case as well. I wonder if it applies to certain copies of the game, E.g. Steam versus EA App Only, or other distribution services as well.
I can confirm I have the very same issue, I subscribed to the newsletter as well after being advertised I would receive those 2 skins (Irish and Condor air vehicle), but they never appeared in my collection to use.
A week has passed, countless mails with customer support have been exchanged, many procedures have been tried, but none of them fixed this problem.
Customer support told me They will forward this as a "bug" to the Devs and that the best I can do is to look on this forum for somebody else reporting the same issue to upvote it, so this is me doing exactly that.
Wishing this may help all of us waiting on those rewards.
