Mouse Cursor Flickering since driver update for BF6

Hey, it seems this was an issue a few years ago; not sure why it's resurfaced for me now. For reference, I have 176 hours in the game and it wasn't a thing until now. 

GPU: 5070ti

CPU: i5-13600K

No overlays, latest drivers as of August 19th, 2025. No recording software except used to in the clip below. 

I've tried repairing the game, no effect. 

I've noticed a secondary issue being FPS drops midgame at roughly 30-45s intervals.
