Mouse input lag/stutter makes game unplayable
My mouse has a massive stutter in the menus or game where it will freeze for about a second, then for about a quarter of a second, it suddenly moves and goes to the place where I was pointing to. The keyboard input does not have this problem and the game is running at a good and high framerate the whole time, it's just the mouse. This has been a problem since the beta as well preventing me from playing the game at all. I have tried the following: changing mouse polling rate, closing all applications, putting the visual settings on minimum, changing out of fullscreen mode, turning off "enhance pointer precision" in the control panel, reinstalling the game, turning on raw mouse input, disabling all overlays including steam and origin and GeForce, getting a different mouse, resetting/reinstalling drivers, and the list goes on. At this point, the only option I can see is to wipe my computer, which will NOT be happening. I have never had a problem like this in any other game ever, including all previous battlefield titles going back until battlefield 4. Any help is greatly appreciated.
