My Game Always Crashes In Several Minutes After Start

My game always goes wrong in several minutes after start, and this is my dump file uploaded to OneDrive.

https://1drv.ms/u/s!AuMsdcxEIPrOhDDuGMEc-Cog3Mju?e=rxB7Dx

The error shows:

DirectX function "GetDeviceRemovedReason"failed with DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG(“The GPU will not respond to more commands").

GPU:"NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Laptop GPU",Driver 53742.

This error is usually caused by the graphics driverr crashing, try installing the latest drivers.

I've been confused for a long time because of it. Thank you very much for helping me!

    Hi @HarneeComeBear

If you have a moment, can we try the following steps if you have not so far?

    Cheers,

  • None of these things work, I've literally reinstalled windows and have the same error.  This does not occur with other games

  • Guys, Hopefully it will help you. I solved this issue on mine PC. AMD RX5700

I have made some changes in tuning controll in GPU software provided by AMD. The changes were made only for Battlefield game. I didn't changed the global settings.

Please see mine attached screenshots from AMD software.

As you can see, I've changed the Max frequancy percentage to lowest and my power limit to - 5 ( minus 5 )

After these changes no issues at all with Battlefield 2042.

Also, if yo are having the same issue with another games, it works as well.
