beacause it says something about another program that is running in the background that the game doesn't support or something like that.
That program is DiscSoftLTD (Daemon tools). The thing is i uninstalled daemon tools completely and double checked that with some programs. HELP PLEASE

Uh it doesn't change anything. i disabled the device the same thing.

So I double checked a few things and if it isnt working still it may come down to having to reinstall then uninstall the software, or we have to start diving into the Registry.
Registry CAN be a dangerous place to delve because if you aren't absolutely sure of what you're messing with in there you can break all sorts of stuff, so if you go in just be sure to go only for whatever fixes it and get out. That thread doesnt seem to have any specific entries to change so I'm not sure there, but it is a lead for at least investigation. Given we don't know what to change though DO NOT mess with it.
It also may have an extra bit in the device manager you could check.
