Hey there, 

To access your progress from your PlayStation on PC, you should use the same EA account where your PlayStation was linked when you used the console to play BF 2042. If you unlinked the PlayStation account and linked it to another EA account, you will start from scratch because that's a new account. If you need assistance linking your accounts, please feel free to contact EA Help Support.
