Problems logging in to an existing EA Account on console
If it’s been a while since you played an EA game, try logging in to your EA Account from your computer or mobile device.
You might need to:
reset your password
use one of your Login Verification codes to sign in to your account.
Once you’ve signed in, restart your platform, and start your game.
