Can you try these solutions :
Disable the Xbox 360 controller for Windows in Device Manager.
If not work try this :
Disable the EA app in-game interface (click on ≡ at the top left of the EA app - Settings - Application - In-game interface - Enable in-game interface and toggle the button to the left).
Disable Xbox Game Bar, Discord, Geforce Experience, Steam, etc. overlays.
Close remote control software (Teamviewer, AnyDesk, etc.).
Disconnect unnecessary USB devices (controller, joystick, steering wheel, etc.).
In Windows Device Manager, go to Human Interface Devices, right-click on HID Game Controller, and select Disable device.
