Portal Error: The Reason it Doesn't Work

The past week it has been impossible for me to create a game in Portal, getting the error like everyone else. So, i go take a look and this is what i found, literally the whole custom server page is taken by one and the same. Does EA even check their own game, how is this allowed. It's not even a server to play, just 100% do nothing and farm XP. Everyone would like to enjoy the game EA and crap like this shouldn't be possible.
