No Support from EA
There is no support from EA the only option is the forum, basically they say fix the * yourself and without a solution you are screwed . In the past you could at least open a ticket and even better ...

Hi @vathomvlaffie There is still email and live chat support through EA Help. What is the problem you're facing? I can check the steps to get direct assistance from them.
No there isn't, clicking start a chat does nothing, I haven't gotten a reply. Lots and lots of others have this problem too.
it works if you sit on the screen after you make the case for like 10 minutes, when you get someone they give you basic troubleshooting and "pass the message on" EA is useless when you need help
