i have been trying to play but I cant, I keep getting packet loss. I start out usually yellow and then a few minutes later im red and cant do a **bleep** thing im very frustrated because i cant get ea to help me or find where i have to make a ticket with ea.
thats something you have to take up with your isp. take it frm someone that goes through the same thing
Try running a speed test to test for packet loss and jitter.
You can also run a traceroute to the Battlefield servers.
