Ping 300+

After last update my ping has increased from 30-50 to 300+ Does anyone have a solution?

Can you follow these steps:
Open your CMD
and enter:

ping a1397.dscg1.akamai.net 
ping e16166.e12.akamaiedge.net

And send me the result like this :
