Summarize your bug Crossplay voip every couple of matches stops working properly - a random participant in the conversation (but only the one who plays on PS5, players of other platforms do not have this problem) has a robotic voice, begins to cut it heavily and you cannot understand them.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? In order to make the players's voice understandable again, he has to restart Battlefield 2042. The bug reproduces itself every day, for a couple of months. It is enough that you have, for example, a team of 3 people, one person will play on Playstation, the others, for example, on Xbox Series S/X (or PC) and after a few games (3-4) the person on Playstation 5 stops being understood and has to restart the game. At the moment my whole clan (5 people) has this problem.
What happens when the bug occurs? Random VOIP participants, but only those using the Playstation 5, begin to have robotic voice (as if they were hit in the face with an EMP grenade 😉). The only solution is for that person to restart the game. Problem exists in main menu and during a multiplayer game as well. Why can't you guys lead this bug for so many months, and to in such a necessary functionality?
What should be happening instead? the voice should be clear everythime
