Portal Issues - Server Browser only listing a few servers

PC Version.

So when I go to portal and browse I am only provided a few servers instead of the total list of available servers. As you can see I have reset the filters and still the same deal. I am unsure what to do, clearly there are servers located in my country but also where are the rest of them? 

I have tried to reinstall also and same results. Here is a screenshot to show you.
