Hi, having trouble connecting to 2042 serves as I’m getting a white screen with the error code

appearing in the corner reading

Error: 0x00000023

SslError: 0x00000000

Ssl connect error

Apparently it’s occurring on FIFA and NFS games too.

my other accounts actually load battlefield but my main account does not.
Also getting a PS error code: WV-109156-2 which has no information online about what’s wrong.

This only works if your accounts are linked (Mine are not)
I am unable to linked accounts as I reset an error when trying to link them using EA login page. No EA games are working on the PS4 at this time.
Does EA have a timeline for a solution? Or do we abandon every EA game?

@EA_Lanna Hi Lanna, ive followed your way of solution, but unfortunately the ssl connection error ist always there and iam not able to play the game.
