New ps5 and a new copy of bf2042. Can’t connect to severs. Every single time I open the game I’m greeted with a white error screen. 

I’ve gone to ea help and am constantly asked to reset my password. Reset password but it just asks me to continue to reset. Tried to unlink and re-link to ps5 but can’t log in due to eta constantly asking me to reset my password. 

brand new game and can’t even play story mode.
