@daniellematti Same for me, 4 days now. East Coast USA, (Virginia) PS4. Newest update even downloaded fine during the middle of this outage.

@I69JoeMama I’m on Xbox, when I look at my friends list some of my friends are playing 2042. This is starting to really annoy me now.
@I69JoeMama Hi mate I’ve just got in now I disconnected the router and turned it all back on and it’s back working now.

Hmm, this sounds odd indeed. We did not have any reported server issues.
As @daniellematti suggests, maybe it's worth giving the router a reboot to see if you can connect again, @I69JoeMama? Only just got around to trying the reboot, and it worked!
I can't believe I've been sitting for days thinking it would eventually get fixed, that there was nothing I could do....

Hello, I am unable to restart the router as I have the connection through all the building and is managed by the company who owns the building. I tried every single solutions found online and still no luck on playing. Everything started since the switch from origin to EA app( I even tried to uninstall EA app and go back to origin ). I can launch the game but before says I m unable to connect to EA servers and after failed mandatory updates. So far I can only play offline. Is there any way to sort it?
I tried to contact the landlord but I already know it will take a while. Do you think that s the problem I have? Because the connection works perfectly with all my other games. I am pretty sure everything happens with this switch to EA app. Never have any issues before for connecting to EA servers.
Restart the router and still unable to connect. Please find attached 2 pic with the issue
- @Mukka91 I’ve got exact same issue my building is managed and the owners will not allow access to the router so looks like I wasted £60 on a game I can only play offline
My game F1 2022 is connected to EA servers fine on exact same internet so it’s only fifa 23 that has the issue!

My 2042 wont connect since yesterday. It just runs on an endless loop. Whats going on? It was working fine since launch.
I have opened fifa to see that 'ea servers are down' no other of my friends has this problem. I have restarted my ps4, unplugged my ps4 ans the monitor i just have no idea how to fix this...
I tries to unplug the ps4 and also the monitpr idk whats going on pls help me😭
