I got the same error on every launching of the game. Never got even to the Logo screen. What interesting is that the error highlights GTX 1080 ti, however my main GPU is RTX 2080 ti where the display connected to.

@kefiruxx Are you alt+tabbing out of the game !?
That your secondary gpu is highlighted - proof that it’s a windows related problem maybe. The game looses focus and can just be brought back if you : HOLD: ALT + TAB and quickly click on the game window - before it freezes .
Please try that and report here

@vR4w I noticed that the game starts in a small window instead of fullscreen. I did try to press ALT+TAB immediately after the game window appears to focus on it, but It didn't work for me unfortunately, the same error crashed the game after 10 seconds.
