@Beowylfmk3 You guys may need to go the Support route, but hopefully one of the CMs can find out if this is a bug or not?

- @Beowylfmk3I’ll state the obvious just in case. I’m sure you’ve updated and all that. It’s both a card and a tag eh? So you have to put them together. Under backgrounds scroll all the way down to the bottom of the selections, mine was the last card before the locked cards and easy to miss. I'm betting at this point that it's a bug. I've seen PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series folks all saying that even with the update they don't even see the items in game. Some have had luck opening the game on their PC, swapping the items on, then going back to console to make them appear, but that's been pretty inconsistent as well. It worked for some, others it stayed for a day then reverted, an hour, so on.
Just what I've observed so far. Seems to be effecting a large amount of the playerbase, really hoping they can get this ironed out soon.
To the best of my knowledge this isn’t platform or generation specific, so it'd probably be worthwhile opening a case with EA Help.
