@5nate1776  Could you try to power cycle the console and see if that helps. 

How to power cycle: 

1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
3. Important Make sure that you wait at least 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
4. Plug the console power cable back in.
5. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

Summarize your bug Game crashes (completely shuts down Xbox One X) when attempting to pilot fighter planes. This happens 80% of the time per match. Crashed only once while piloting a helicopter. Unknown if this is map specific or type of plane specific. Appears more often with the Russian air raft(?). Xbox is plugged into wall outlet and only crashes at the specific time. Crashes at no other time. No other games are affected.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Fly the fighter planes on any map. Crashes within about 2-3 minutes of flying the plane. Occurs in both multiplayer and single player matches.
What happens when the bug occurs? Game freezes. Xbox One X shuts down/power cycles. Cannot return to menu at any time.
What should be happening instead? Not crashing while flying planes.

like I have this game I love it but I can’t play it because it crashes every match. I have power cycled and done everything and it doesn’t work. I play a match and my Xbox shuts off, but not due to overheating. It happened to me in Need For Speed Unbound on launch as well. So EA you have to figure this out!

Man there ain't no way plugging your Xbox into another wall socket is going to stop whatever is causing all the crashes. Look into the Su57 and you will find the problem. I have played this game since launch and have had damn near ZERO issues until the Escalation map was released with season 3. I enjoy this game right now, and I am happy about the progress it has made in the last few years. The only thing that is killing it for me and a lot of other people is the game crashing with Su-57 in frame (basically every time it happens). I have also heard Zains Airburst could possibly have issues too, but not for sure. But it seems like every update, there are all these fixes and additions and the only thing that I experience aside from the normal buggy run of the mill stuff is the crashing of the game while flying the Su-57 and while someone else is flying the Su-57. I can handle the clipping through walls, the scope bugging out and staying zoomed in even though you've unscoped, Sundance's grenades being bugged sometimes and it throws the wrong grenade and many, many more. All still present since the most recent update. But when the game crashes, it sends me back to my home screen or shuts off the box entirely. That makes me think, maybe it's time to play a new game.

I have the same issue with the Huron Russian jet. Please fix! I have tried all your suggestions.

Yep, still happens as the Su57 flies by and if you pilot it. Another update that didn't fix it or they just don't give a damn about Xbox one x/s users anymore cause we are on old gen. smh

Would you please fix this glitch! If I even look at the Russian jet it freezes my whole xbox! 

This bug/glitch still exists it's mind boggling, I took a while off from playing and I come back after all these updates and it still persists lmao. It's comical at this point.
